Ubiquiti UniFi U7-IW In-Wall WiFi 7 (802.11be) Access Point
Ubiquiti's U7-IW is the WiFi 7-capable successor to the U6-IW, but with a number of performance and software improvements. The U7-IW delivers dual-band WiFi 7 connectivity with speeds of up to 688Mbps on the 2.4GHz and 4300Mbps on the 5Ghz bands, with a maximum coverage area of 115 m² (1,250 ft²) and supporting over 200 simultaneous connections.
Like the U6-IW, the U7-IW also features an integrated three-port network switch, although each port on the U7-IW now supports a 2.5GbE uplink for extremely high speed connectivity. 1 x 2.5GBE RJ45 port also supports PoE if the U7-IW is supplied with PoE++, offering a seamless way to provide a compatible device like a VoIP phone with both network connectivity and power.
The U7-IW is compatible with Ubiquiti's UniFi centralised management software for easy integration, monitoring and management in context of a wider Ubiquiti installation, and features a wide range of other software capabilities like band steering, wireless meshing and captive hotspot portals .
