Ubiquiti AIRGATEWAY airMAX WISP Customer Wi-Fi Solution with an Internal Antenna helps add indoor Wi-Fi capability to airMAX CPE deployments. This unit is suitable for 15/0.8A or 24V/0.5A Ubiquiti POE adapters and helps provide WISP customer wi-fi solution. This device also delivers 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and interlocks with existing PoE adapters, to ensure that all CPE and airGateway devices are powered from a single source.
In the diagram below, the airGateway supports multiple functions:
- Acts as an indoor wireless device connecting multiple wireless clients
- Connects to a switch to support wired clients
- Powers the airMAX CPE on the roof
